Do not use this business if you value your own! They will come up with promises about setting up plans for marketing and growing your business. You will receive nothing. In fact the only thing we got was an A/B test on our website which really we could have done in the end that cost us £7k. Other than that we have received no help whatsoever and it's put us on the edge of collapse. Don't believe any of the things they are telling you if you want to keep your business.
We encountered several issues with this company that we had to resolve ourselves. Initially, things started off well, but we ended up spending more than our allowance. The website makes it difficult to track your usage. After a few months, they realized they had overpaid us. You would expect an automatic limit and notifications upon reaching it, and employees should verify payments beforehand.Unfortunately, there were no alerts or notifications from the staff. As a result, we had to repay 30K within a few weeks due to their mistake. Instead of acknowledging their error, they shifted the problem onto us.We repaid the amount quickly, but then the real trouble began. Two weeks later, they still hadn't received our payment. We had to pursue legal action because they claimed we still owed the money, even though our bank confirmed the payment. This is the worst situation imaginable!Everything runs smoothly if you follow their exact requirements, but any deviation causes significant problems. Be cautious when working with them; in our experience, this is a terrible company to deal with.
While it might seem like I'm being paid to say this—and, well, you could make that argument—let me assure you, I genuinely stand behind what I'm about to tell you.Over the past year, we've been working closely with Mxney, collaborating on multiple transactions. Before Mxney, we had dealings with other e-commerce funding partners, but they mainly provided financial support, despite promising analytical assistance. That's not the case with Mxney. Along with the funding, we've gained valuable insights and growth strategies based on data analysis. Their team is experienced and supportive, and they've connected us with great partners through their network to help us execute our strategies effectively. All-in-all solid work.
I have worked with MXNEY for just over 6 months now and they helped me optimize my website and generate more revenue. The have a perfect overview of how to scale an e-commerce business. This information ánd their action is super helpful. They have a few partners with whom they work a lot, this is convenient because they know how MXNEY works and we can act fast. As a Dutch-based company, it is sometimes difficult to be amid all these Danish companies that know each other quite well. But it is ok and the results are good. It would be an improvement if they also had some non-danish partners in their network.

A year ago I came in contact with MXNEY, the biggest mistake of my life. According to them, they could grow my business and I could do so much more. Fine, I thought. I have provided everything they need and tried to attend all calls. I've already provided ALL MY data for almost a YEAR. When I finally got the credit, I tried to use it. Suddenly they could no longer pay out the money and they wanted to do another credit check. Mind you, they were already collecting a refund from my bank account while I never received a cent from them.When I spoke to them about this, it turned out to be a mistake on their part. Fine, I thought. After, I received an email that they no longer wanted to work with me and would not refund the already collected money to me. I never received any credit or a cent from them, but according to them I had to start repay my credit (while I never got one?). When I said something about this, they indicated that they will keep the amount they have collected, for the effort they have put into me. What effort exactly? Months ago I once received a growth plan that was never of any use to me. If I would say something or do so and so, they told me they will claim all the money of the credit (that I never got :) )I have hired a lawyer and I will make a big deal about this and let everyone know. I certainly won't let this go. You're just scamming people. Allowing people to repay a credit they never received. Then indicate that you will keep the money because you have put effort into me.I have never had any use for you or your information. You took my data, my money and my time. Not to forget that you emailed me stating that if I were to take action against you, the amount of X will be due.You should be ashamed of yourselves. Especially the amount you want to keep, which is unjustified and against the rules. It's not based on anything.You will hear from my lawyer soon.
