They were not at all professional with me, my order arrived after more than a week, they did not know how to resolve my doubts, there were problems with the delivery so I tried to contact them and they said that they were no longer responsible for my order because they had already sent it even though they knew that I had not received the product, they made me postpone my treatment, in short, I will never buy from them again, nor recommend them.
Order finally arrived. It took alot of emailing on my behalf to be updated on my order. I feel communication could be much better. However, I did receive a response to every email I sent. I do not think I will be ordering from here again. I found it to be very stressful.
Was posted after huge delays, then did not check I was going to be in so was left on doorstep for 5 days. They refused to reship the item which is just wrong.You did not refund or send me a new package though so reviewing the procedures moving forward will not help!!
