Service is fine but the treatment has had me stuck 6lbs down in all for too long. Too many side effects after moving up to 5mg so dropped back to 2.5. No further progress or reduction in appetite so this will be my last month. Works for many, not for me sadly.
I feel like I've just been robbed and I'm sure like a lot of people it's not a small amount of money,they took my money but don't have to product obviously but not only that haven't got the decency to email or let you know,or even a don't worry we will have it soon nothing from them
I’ve been a regular customer of myBMI, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing and has directly impacted my health.A failed order — despite using the same verified delivery address as previous successful orders — led to two missed weeks of Wegovy injections. This disrupted my weight loss treatment plan and caused unnecessary stress and frustration.Customer support was slow to respond and ultimately blamed me for the delivery failure, despite clear evidence that the address was correct. Their final response offered a refund but no investigation, no replacement, and no accountability. They even referred me to the ICO over data concerns instead of addressing the core issue.This is not just poor service — it’s a failure to take responsibility for a health-critical disruption. I expected better from a company that claims to support people on medical weight loss journeys.Avoid if you value consistency, accountability, and your health.
It is a real shame. 5 months of success - speedy service and good product.However...it has now been over a week since my most recent re-order. No progress, no communication. Email enquiries have been met with an identical templated email response offering no information or assistance whatsoever.This is affecting people's health. Please please just communicate.
I have been with you for 3 months first 2 brilliant and impressive - when the price increase was announced in the press, you emailed to say that as valued customers you would do everything you could to keep prices low to not disrupt treatment, further you had reserves at the old prices - very encouraging ! However a price increase straight away of £40! I placed my order grudgingly at the new price only for this to be delayed 7 - 10 days so no continuation of treatment - I’m going away without the next supply so it will be even longer ! You have our money and we can’t get the prescription, how can you put people on plans only to keep them waiting - using dodgy marketing tactics to try and lull you into a false sense of security- not good enough - All about the Money no patient after care and continuation of care …
