Review Time
Unfortunately, the company sent out temperature sensitive medication by Royal Mail on a hot bank holiday weekend. These drugs are meant to be delivered in no more than 48 hours but because of the bank holiday they came in 72 hours. The ice packs included had melted and the medication was at room temp when it arrived. This is £500 worth of medication. I have no idea if it is usable and no one is available to ask. The auto reply to email says they aim to get back to you in less than 24 hours its been more than that and I've seen nothing so far.
I’ve used MyBMI on and off for a year and have never had an issue until now. My order has been stuck on processing for a week and hasn’t budged. I contact customer support and they replied with the most generic, unhelpful response: We do normally advise 24 - 48 hours for this to be reviewed however we have had a high volume of orders which is causing a delay with this, unfortunately we can not provide a time frame for this. We are currently dealing with a high volume of orders so I am not able to provide a time frame of this. I do apologiseI understand they may be busy with orders, but to give this kind of response is simply unacceptable. Communication with paying customers is absolutely imperative. Please improve your customer service and communicate with the seemingly dozens of customers currently in the dark about when their medication is likely to arrive
I had a good experience with MyBMI on the whole but I struggled to get an answer from them on a query and also am still waiting for my referrals to show up on my account and it’s been nearly a month. The lady told me they are looking into the system but didn’t seem very concerned that I was missing many referral credits. I have asked to be updated when the system is fixed so that my referral credits can be added. I am not completely put off but it has been a bit discouraging. Hopefully I will be back to update my review more positively at some point!
Poor communication particularly over the Mounjaro debacle. For how much you're paying you'd hope to get a more person centred approach. Customer service reps seem apathetic and uncaring, despite knowing that their dealing with people's health and self esteem. My experience with MyBMI started off well but over the past couple months, the quality of service has depleted.
Filled in the consultation, my money was taken, then no communication for a week. I emailed asking when I would receive my order, I was then asked further questions about my previous doses. I had completed this info on the consultation. I was then told the details would be passed on for processing. Absolute joke!!!I cancelled my order and got it elsewhere.
I ordered a bundle in August. There was a delay with my order due to high demand in the U.K. but the company responded to emails straight away and kept me informed. Prices were very competitive and delivery was quick once the order was processed.
