Mybmi introduced a price increase. The cost of the medication is staying the same but they’ve increased their prices for a consultation. I’m paying over double what I used to. They’re greedy. Not Lily putting up the prices, it’s them.

Waited a week after my money was taken and order still said no info available. Only email I had was confirmation at time of order. Emailed complaining and then it was approved and dispatched within 24 hours. When you log into your account there’s no order history or consultation history or web chat that they claim to have when you try phoning and just get a recorded message then cut off! However despite my order being dispatched Wednesday 24 hour Royal Mail tracked it finally arrived Monday afternoon. And I was told due to the timeframe I’d have to use the pen within 30 days of opening due to it being compromised. Despite emailing them four times explaining that my pen runs out this coming Monday and I’m going to be micro dosing with this last pen because I can no longer afford it, including my phone number and asking for someone to ring me and messaging them on instagram and TikTok and asking to either return the pen and be sent a new one or return the pen and get a refund. No one has actually answered my concerns and complaint. I’ve just been told on Tuesday on Instagram they are aware and are dealing with it. ( tiktok they read my message and didn’t bother to respond at all) You can’t actually phone up and speak to anyone to make a complaint and I’ve now waited from Monday to Friday and no response.What sort of company and service is this!? I know delivery is not the company’s fault but the long wait for approval, not being kept updated during ordering/approval/dispatch,the lack of replie to emails sent, no telephone service,no web chat and no response when the customer has an issue and has made a complaint is. I’ve now reported them to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) It says on my constitution i suffer from anxiety disorder well it’s currently through the roof thanks to my dealings with the company!
