Usually when travelling, we travel independently however this time for our trip to the Azores we decided to employ the services of the lovely Catarina at Azores.com. This was by far the best decision we could have made. Communication at all times was excellent. She was happy to tailor our 10 day Azores trip to our needs. When a flight from Lisbon to Ponta Delgado was cancelled, meaning we missed our flight to Flores plus missed our private Flores day tour, everything was rescheduled so that we missed nothing. Our tours of Flores, Pico, Faial and San Miguel were exceptional. Once again because of rain in Faial, our tour was rescheduled to enable us to have a better experience. Our guides Lourdes in Flores, Nancy in Faial and Andre in San Miguel definitely helped make our holiday in the Azores one of our best holiday experiences. They were all extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and passionate about their islands. Thank you to everyone for your excellent services. We will be spreading the word! Bev and Richard
We had our trip organized by Eunice from the beginning to the end. Everything went perfect: pick ups, hotels, plane tickets between the islands, tour guides etc. Everybody was expecting us in due time and knew what to do. We are most grateful that we could just absorb the beauty of the islands and relax.
Our 2 week vacation to the Azores was Amazing!! We loved everything about our trip. The accommodations, exceptional tour guides, flights & ferries all worked out seamlessly. We obsoletely fell in love with the islands and the culture. I really felt connected to my lineage. It was truly a 10 out of 10 for a vacation. I recommend everyone to take a trip via this company. You won't be disappointed!!
We had an amazing experience in the Azores. We booked the 5 island, self driving package. The planning process was a breeze. Dealing with Azores.com could not have been better. The islands are magical, truly a hidden gem. We went in early April. The weather was a bit challenging but not a deal breaker. The Azaleas were blooming everywhere, but not the famous Hydrangeas (they are everywhere). Those bloom in summer, but we chose to avoid the crowds. Having a rental car on every island was the way to go. All of the rentals and accommodations went seamlessly. The hotels were beautiful, great staff, incredible breakfasts. If we had to do it again, we would avoid Flores, as it's a bit run down (although a beautiful island). We were pretty tired by then with all the flights and changing islands. It would be hard to choose just a few islands. They are all unique and stunning. I think Terceira, Faial and Sao Miguel may be my picks. The lady I spoke to was Catarina, and she did an incredible job answering all the questions, booking everything and keeping me informed. We had a couple different hotels, on a few different islands, with flights and ferries and cars in between, and all of this went without any issues whatsoever. Communication was prompt and precise from the outset, the whole process took very little time and we knew well in advance where we're going, what to do etc. Catarina was also kind to share some personal suggestions with us, which were helpful. Overall, could not have picked a better option.
I had an excellent experience with this travel company! Catarina was incredibly responsive and quick to answer all my questions before and during the trip. When there was a misunderstanding with a hotel payment, Eunice immediately stepped in, called the hotel, and resolved the issue right away. Both Eunice and Catarina followed up with us throughout the trip, which I really appreciated. On the last day, we couldn’t attend the complimentary Fado show due to traffic, but they went out of their way to try to accommodate us by offering to arrange a later show. That thoughtfulness really stood out to me. Highly recommend their services!
The Azores trip was one of the best experiences we have had traveling. The details and reservations were perfect. The hotels were wonderful, beautiful and well appointed. We loved having the freedom to explore at our own pace. Having a car on each island made this easy. I would highly recommend this 4 island package tour to fellow travelers.

Back in June, we had a great time visiting Azores and it was mainly due to the excellent work of Pedro. As a native of the islands, Pedro has many relevant and interesting stories to tell. He knows all the places and made really considerate arrangements for our group of five. We are truly thankful for this experience.
