Great gear, but delivery times are disappointing.

The quality of the gear is excellent. Unfortunately, the promised 3-5 day delivery timeline is far from accurate. I placed two separate orders. The first took 9 days to arrive, which was manageable since I wasn't in a hurry. As for the second order, I'm still anxiously waiting. I did receive a generic email confirming they hadn't forgotten about it, but then got an automated response stating they were closed for the holiday. It's now impossible for me to receive the items before I need them.

Good quality gear, but service is lacking.

The gear quality is excellent. Unfortunately, the promised 3-5 day delivery timeframe was not met. For my first order, it took 9 days to arrive, which was manageable. However, I'm still waiting for the second order. I received a generic email acknowledging the delay and then an auto-response stating they were closed for the holidays. Now, it seems unlikely that I will receive the items before I need them.

Be prepared for delays.

I ordered two pairs of boots on 26/11/25. They weren't dispatched until 3/12/25. Tracking shows they've been sitting at the depot for a week. I'm disappointed that it took so long for dispatch—had I known, I wouldn't have placed the order. As of 10/12/25, I'm still waiting. EDIT: Since my review, the company has reached out twice to help resolve the issue. It seems the local depot is now the problem. They are doing their best to sort it out.

Delivery took far too long.

The jacket was finally delivered, albeit after a significant delay. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. I assumed that ordering from a UK company in 2025 would mean timely delivery. Instead, it took over 11 days. I've learned my lesson—I'll never order from this company again. AVOID!

Very disappointed with this experience.

I'm really disappointed with this company. I bought boots and a shirt for my partner's birthday, but the boots were too large, so I returned them for a refund. The outer box was damaged upon arrival, and now they refuse to refund or exchange the unused boots. Customer service has shown no willingness to help resolve this issue. I even tried to contact the manufacturer for a replacement box, but had no luck. I hope they return the boots so I can sell them online and recover my money. Poor service—I'll not be using them again.

Stay away.

Stay away. I waited a week for a pair of £160 boots to arrive, and when they finally did, they were clearly worn. There were visible oil and water marks on the toes, along with wear and tear around the ankles. It's shocking that this was not caught during packing or dispatch, as I noticed it immediately upon opening the box.

Exceptional service experience.

I placed an order on Saturday afternoon, but my old address auto-filled on the delivery note. I emailed the company that same Saturday with my current address. By Monday morning, I received a confirmation that my address had been updated and my order was dispatched. I received my new boots and fleece on Tuesday. The customer service was fantastic, and I will definitely shop with them again and highly recommend them.
