Sizing Issues

I received pajamas with mismatched sizes for the top and bottom. They were also not made of cotton as advertised. As I try to return them, I can't find their return policy or a return label, and their website states that without a return label, they won't accept returns. This is poor customer service, and I do not recommend using this website.

Late Delivery for Christmas

I ordered pajamas for Christmas Eve and paid for expedited shipping, but they arrived on New Year's Eve, well after I needed them. I've been trying to contact the company since December 23 to cancel the shipment or get return instructions. It’s now January 16, and after six emails, I still haven't received a response. Their return window is closing soon. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 6 sets of Pajamas on Dec

I ordered 6 sets of Pajamas on Dec. 9th, the arrival date said Dec. 18th. This company claims to be in the US but when tracking it was coming from China! The product was poor quality, and I received only 5 sets instead of six. I'm looking to get a refund and disputing the charge with my credit card company. I've sent two messages through the contact us portal and have yet to get a response! Don't buy from this company! Don't waste your energy dealing with a ghost! If I could give a zero I would've!

Holiday disappointment

I ordered matching pajamas for my family, our traditional Christmas Eve present, and expected delivery as promised (paid for expedited) in 3-5 business days. More than two weeks later (well after Christmas) we finally received them and the quality is awful. They cost about the same as the nice flannel sets I usually order from Pajamagram or Eddie Bauer, but are much poorer quality. Cheap, mass-produced, thin T-shirt material with irregular seams. Not what was pictured or what I expected at all. Do not waste your money with this company.

Poor service from MyComfyPajama

Ordered a pair of women’s pajamas on December 21, 2024. Despite several emails asking when the product would ship, I received no response (other than advertisements trying to convince me to place additional orders). I tried calling their office, but the phone number I found was disconnected. I eventually cancelled my order 13 days later after no communications. Avoid.

Order never sent

Ordered full set of matching PJ's for Christmas for family, including toddler and Dog. Paid the extra fee for 3-5 days shipping. Items should have arrived on the 23rd at the latest. On the 24th I noticed that my card had been charged, but still nothing sent. I sent an email asking for an update. No response yet. At end of business day on the 26th I sent one more email canceling the order, and I called my bank to dispute the charge. I uunderstand holidays are busy, but don't process a fee promising 3-5 days shipping if you can not ship within that timeline.

This is a rogue operation - BE WARNED!This is my second post as I am still waiting since placing my order early December with no sight of my parcel! After repeatedly trying to request a refund I received the below crap from their outsourced customer service operation which doesn’t even have a clue regarding my order status! Ignore all other comments on trust plot stating they are great for family photos etc! They’re as fake as the website itself….The reply…. And Mark (whoever you are) you’re no customer service champion. Trust me!We understand your concern regarding the delay in shipment. As per our policy, once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund unless the item is returned to us after delivery. However, to resolve this matter promptly, we recommend the following steps: 1) If the item has been shipped, kindly allow time for delivery. Upon receipt, you may initiate a return if the product is unopened and in its original condition.2) If the shipment delay persists and the item does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate further with our shipping partner. Never received my order

Placed an order over a month ago. There's mo tracking information with the tracking number they provided. Sent several emails but no one has responded. I am reporting them to my bank and file a former complaint! Also they are a resalers of Temu for triple the price! Major ripoff !

Terrible Customer Service

Quality is less than optimal. Customer Service is terrible! I requested a refund for one of the items I received as it did not fit and continue to receive automated responses not giving me the option to return. Do not purchase from this company!

The items were ordered on October 25…

The items were ordered on October 25 and the site indicates I was paying for 5-7 day shipping. On October 29 I asked for an order update as we had family photos in 3 days. I had to place a new order with Amazon to get the pajamas in time and I asked to cancel my order on October 29 and I was told I couldn’t cancel that the item was in transit. Well the items showed up December 2 from China. Now they want me to pay return shipping back to China. The email also says they have 75,000 reviews but that is false as there is zero reviews here. The quality sucks don’t buy these
