I’m very disappointed at the end products. The brain scan the male doctor Tim is holding is pitiful. Doesn’t even look like a brain. I have to fix it myself. The base is so light and the figurines are leaning back. No way that base is going to last. It’s going to topple over because both figurines are not balanced. The female head doesn’t even bobble because the hair is in the way.

Following up on my previous review below for my order that shared no resemblance to what I provided them. Have been going back and forth with customer service who continues to offer ridiculous and insulting solutions - for instance offering you a replacement and the rescinding that offer for a 10% off discount code. A complete waste of time dealing with this company. Avoid.
Mycustombobbleheads is a scam. They deceive customers with misleading item descriptions then refuse to address the issue. I purchased a “2d 3d printed style” action figure only to receive a piece of plastic with a picture glued to the back of it.
Here is a copy of my latest email to “Vivian” to address ongoing displeasure with my order.Hello, My order has finally arrived.As you already know, I am not happy regarding the length of time it took to receive my order considering it was supposed to arrive by December 20, 2025.Now that I received the order, I am even more disappointed and upset at the quality and detail of the order.I am attaching a copy of the original proof that you supplied me along with photographs of the product you sent me.Here is a list of Deficiencies with the figures.1. The back of the males shirt looks orange and streaky 2. The glasses on the male figure do not match the photograph I provided nor the proof you sent3. The male figures arm is not lifted across the body as reflected in the photograph or proof you provided 4. The females hair looks reddish on top5. The females necklace in not apparent on the figure as reflected on the photograph or proof that you provided6. The purse is missing for the female as reflected in the photograph and the proof that you sent.As you know, this order was a very important and pricey (expensive) gift for me to give.Not only was it late for Christmas, it is not anything close to in value to the price that I paid for it. Please let me know how you will remedy this situation as soon as possible. I patiently await you response.
I just received what I thought was going to be an action figure, turns out what got delivered is a 3 x 3“ card. It was totally advertised differently and such a scam. I am very upset as it was a Christmas present that I was planning to give tomorrow.

Remember, they only have what YOU supply to work with and they have an established creation and proof process that you should be clear about. However, this all will lead to your ultimate satisfaction, because you can rest assured that your unique, custom gift will be HEADS ABOVE anything else under the tree!
I pleaded with them to correct the eyes--she's Chinese but the eyes never changed--were still round and generic. I begged them to not be afraid of creating Chinese eyes b/c it's her Chinese eyes that radiate her joy. No one thinks this even remotely suggests Dr Barrows--doesn't even come close in a cartoonish or other way. Not even a suggestion of Asian. just a total waste of >$150 an embarrassment.
Total scam. I thought I was buying a bobblehead, but it turned out to be a 2D image. It was very misleading on the site. Even as a 2d image, it isn't worth the cost! And the extra shipment and purchase protection are a waste of money, so don't bother. Just go elsewhere! Everything about this company is a joke! I wouldn't have bought it either way had I known. Don't buy it...save your money!
