Review Time
What stems my frustrations and leads me to write a review is that the same customer service experiences that resulting losses to business because of the staff's poor knowledge to their job.
Two weeks gone for the back and forth to resolve a straightforward renewal issue, talking with multiple members but they are not even reviewing well at least to read but haven't. How can they assist the client efficiently when these team doesn't take ownership. No solution. No accountability.
Both poor processes on license and visa impacted business losses because of unnecessary delays and dis-oriented people.
If the staff are well equipped and knowledgeable of their job, the processes would be simplified but the staff's structure is a failure to provide efficient support to entrepreneurs.
SPC - The senior management has to intervene and do audit for the CSR's service. The system has to be fixed and the people should be knowledgeable to their job.
SPC management please fix your CSR structure to put knowledgeable people who has initiatives at least know how to read carefully and understand. It's highly costly for us - a small entrepreneurs incurred losses due to inefficient team you kept.
Unfortunately, my experience with SPC Free Zone has been extremely disappointing and is the main reason I decided to close my company.
The processes are unclear, constantly changing, and poorly communicated. During the company cancellation, the Business Owner Resolution (BOR) was returned to me multiple times despite the fact that it was filled and submitted at their own center. Even at the final stage, the process remained disorganized and inefficient.
The assigned agent, FREDAH, was unable to provide a clear end-to-end process, a defined path, or transparent costs. I had to keep chasing for information, and every time I asked, new requirements or new costs appeared. There was no consistency, ownership, or proper guidance.
What makes this worse is that this is not a one-time issue. The exact same problems happened last year during license renewal and FTA registration, and now they are repeated again during cancellation. This clearly reflects poor internal processes, weak training, and very bad communication.
Because of this experience, I am moving forward and opening in Ajman, where I have found much better support, clearer processes, and proper assistance.
I do not recommend SPC Free Zone for anyone looking for professional, transparent, and reliable business setup or support.
This is one of the most disappointing services I've encountered. After paying for the license, you feel trapped. They don’t answer calls and operate like a scam. If you want peace of mind, stay away. Their primary focus seems to be on collecting money, leaving you to manage alone afterward. I suspect many positive reviews are not genuine, while the negative ones reflect the true experience.
While it's important to voice criticism, we should also acknowledge when there's a positive response. After leaving a negative review, I received a call from a supervisor who took the time to address my concerns and resolve the issues professionally. I appreciate the effort they made to assist those who trusted them. Thank you.
