Review Time
Complete scam. They sent me my pair of shoes a a size and a half smaller than I ordered. I emailed them, heard back from this Oliver guy asking for pictures, I sent them and asked for the return address so that I could initiate the exchange and have not received a response in 2 and a half weeks, maybe 10 emails later. Now on the online chat on the website I have someone saying they will send me a new pair. Again, will not give me a return address, does not have my info, clearly just typing away lies. Do NOT waste your time buying from them.
Order was processed and shipped within a couple of days. A few days later order arrived as described by seller. The product was the best price I could find, and was new in box with all the tag's. Gave them 5 because order arrived fast and the order was what they were advertising:)
My Evo Store is a scam.They take your money but do not provide a confirmation of your order or any tracking details.If you call them it’s a “Google User” voicemail which goes no where.If you email them they may reply, though that is only to delay you seeking to cancel the payment whilst the money clears at their end.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Yeah these guy are selling fake shoes. I emailed them the day I got these fake ass shoes to return them. Someone emailed me back asking me why did I want to return them and for me to send them pictures. I called that number on the site first and it’s a google voice number. The person that answered sound Chinese. Called him back and he won’t answer the phone. I have emailed them on numerous occasions. They haven’t emailed me back. Imma take the lost on these fake ass shoes. But they are selling fake shoes. I have never wrote a review for anything, but this one I had too!!!!
I bought 2 pair of shoes back in April. Now it is the end of August and ai have only received one pair of my shoes. I looked on the email that they sent and it said that they sent both pairs. So they tried to f-me over by saying they sent both when they only sent one.But I will admit the one pair they sent was a really good wrep.Its just the bad customer service and lack of communication which is making me rate them a 1 star
I had to email them 7 times before they finally tried to resolve the problem. They asked for the order number and a picture in every email. The order number was sent in the first email so I am not sure why they asked for it. The pics were sent in the second email, yet they asked for it several more times. This lets me know that there is no attention to detail and they are most likely using some type of AI to respond to emails. They sent me a completely different shoe than what I ordered. They told me that they could not process a return, but I can keep the shoe, and they would refund 50%. That should have been offered in the first email, not the 7th!!
Ordered some shoes 3 months ago. Never got the shoes, on the tracking says it was returned to the sender due to wrong address and they keep stalling with emails saying it’s on the way. Refund asked more than 5 times with zero effect. Do not buy from this website unless you want to lose your money.
