We ordered 25 red roses for our daughters 25th birthday. Picked a window for delivery. Everything went great! From order to follow up after delivery from Marie. We will definitely be ordering from My Flowers again. Thank you.
The website advertises same day delivery across the UK, however this was then described as 'inside the m25' only once the delivery had not been satisfied. It is not clear when you buy as it says 'free same day' as the option, even once you've put the delivery address in (not inside the M25). On top of that, at no point was my order confirmed either by email or SMS, and I had to whatsapp them to get a delivery and tracking update. Account also doesnt sync between web and app, so when directed to app for 'up to date tracking' it showed no orders at all on my account.
The flowers arrived next day, and were great - but not a good customer journey. Would seek alternative company in future,
emailed to cancel membership but took another payment from me and when i contacted them by phone Irene said no email had been received and refused to put me through to a manger (doubt they have one). They were most unhelpful by email saying the flowers were despatch but they could add a bear of vase to my order!!

Lovely flowers and same day delivery. The driver even phoned me because the post code sent her to a warehouse as it was a new build. They found the house and delivered the flowers on time. Would definitely recommend and use again.
