Horrible return policy even after wrong…

Horrible return policy even after wrong items and less items delivered. Tried to return two wrong products that were delivered three days ago. They say that it has to be checked and reported in 48 hours. Firstly, you deliver wrong products. Secondly, fewer products delivered, 2 out of 4. Thirdly, a 48 hour window??? This company doesn't care about its customers any more, is the feeling that I get with this kind of policy.

Extremely disappointing experience with product quality and customer service. My sister placed order through their official app, but the products arrived in unacceptable condition:Packaging seal was broken and crudely re-tapedFacewash arrived completely unsealed - a serious hygiene and safety concern for skincare productsSerum bottle was only half-filled - clearly a quality control failure, not transit damageCustomer service has been equally frustrating:In-app support feature doesn't workEmail responses are generic and dismissiveThey're trying to pass off product quality issues as "packaging damage"When I explained that unsealed skincare products pose safety risks and half-filled bottles indicate quality control problems, they still refused to acknowledge these legitimate concerns. This isn't just about outer packaging - it's about product integrity and customer safety.I've requested a replacement or full refund and given them 48 hours to resolve this properly. If a company can't ensure basic product quality and respond appropriately to valid concerns, it raises serious questions about their standards.Would not recommend until they improve their quality control processes and customer service approach. There are many other reliable skincare brands that actually care about customer satisfaction and product safety.

They made me pay saying that they'll initiate the refund as soon as i pay then the 1st payment since my order is stuck. Did not help me at all. Took the money, talked about slotting and asked for more money - 3k or so. Now no one is answering their calls or texts at all. I talked to Avinash or someone located in juhu

Absolutely disappointed with Dot & Key

Absolutely disappointed with Dot & Key! They sent the wrong product, and their customer service is completely unresponsive. The WhatsApp and contact numbers are useless—no one picks up the call. Their website also lacks a proper return request feature, making the process even more frustrating.They are wasting consumers' time instead of providing a solution. Definitely not buying from them again! 🚫👎Would NOT recommend!

Selling unhygienic, dirty, and grimy old stock

Unresponsive, untrustworthy, and unreliable customer service with the company that sells overhyped products. The ordered products worth 5000 INR arrived dirty, stained, and all grimy. They smelled weird like that of nasty chemicals. All the items were dirty as if the company were getting rid of old stock selling it to customer rather than discarding it!! Extremely dissatisfied and never buying again. All my friends and family have seen these product packaging too and they all are reconsidering options!

Don't recommend this brand unless you want to risk damaging your skin

I fall for Dot&Key first, and their super promises and marketing, and basically their facewash and sunscreen damaged my skin after using them for over a week.. i did not notice first, just my face was turning unusually redish and tense...in general i don’t have sensitive skin, so this was surprising to me and didn’t know why. I went to a dermatologist by total coincidence for a different issue but she spotted my skin immedately and warned me. After using their facewash for a week, which was promising glowing skin, i felt like as if an upper layer of my skin would be coming off. I thought first as if my skin would be coming off becasue of sun damage, that much. At first few times, my face felt very shiny and nice after usage, but after a week my skin turned red and strained. Their sunscreen might be good for an hour outside but no longer, although not even sure of its effectiveness at all. It is extremely lightweight, i don’t think it is even sweatproof which would be basic in a tropical weather. The dermatologist subsribed a different sunscreen to me, warned me about the cosmetical sunscreen brands and feels completely different to wear! Stopped using them immediately after realizing this. I still have a third product from them (a serum, only used once per week so far), which i might still try to experiment with but after this not so sure at all anymore. Don't recommend them at all.
