Extremely frustrating experience with my order

Long Wait and Poor Communication

Caution: Possible Scam

I want to warn others about my experience with this company, as I suspect they might be a scam. I ordered an item on August 22nd, expecting it within 3 to 4 business days, but after that time passed, they extended the delivery estimate to 7 to 10 days. I still haven't received my order and have had no communication despite multiple attempts to reach out. This lack of transparency and non-delivery makes me doubt their legitimacy. They seem to lack customer service and are taking money without delivering products. Do not trust this company to avoid frustration and financial loss.

Out of Stock Issue

I ordered eye drops online and successfully paid with a discount code, but later learned the item was out of stock, and my money was refunded. While I appreciate the refund, it was frustrating that the website showed the item as available. This caused unnecessary delays, especially since I needed the product urgently. Accurate stock information would be more professional to avoid disappointing customers. Based on this experience, I won’t order from this site again.

Slow Service and No Updates

I placed an order on June 29th, and while the payment was processed, I received an email requesting ID verification, which I sent the same day. Since then, I haven't received any updates, and my order is on hold. A week feels too long for ID verification. I emailed for an update today but still have no response. This is not the quick service I expected.

Email Unsubscribe Issues

I couldn't get the tablets I wanted, despite a prescription from my GP for years. They keep sending me emails with a non-functional 'Unsubscribe' link. I won’t try them again.
