Ordered some MyProtein products for home delivery and it was sent to another address. When raising this to customer services they said I selected it to be sent to the other address. After challenging them on this and providing proof of my order for home delivery, they changed their story very quickly and blamed the courier. In addition to missrepresenting the situation, they never took any accountability or made any effort to find a solution. A real take it or leave it approach. Having been a MyProtein customer for some time, Im deeply dissapointed about the lack of transparency and also the lack of support.
Me and my boyfriend received a damaged parcel with protein powder full of clumps and with a strange, unpleasant taste. We immediately contacted customer service, provided clear photos of the parcel and the product, and asked for a proper solution. Instead of taking responsibility, we were told there is “no problem” with the product.We even offered to return the item so they could check it themselves, but they completely ignored us. Finally, they closed our case without any real follow-up. This is absolutely unacceptable.We just wasted 500 DKK on a protein powder that cannot be used. No refund, no replacement, not even proper communication. This company clearly does not care about product quality or their customers. We will never buy from them again, and we strongly advise others to stay away.
Repeated false marketing misrepresents product delivery. The order's selected (paid) option is delivery to the home address, as listed in receipt/dispatch confirmation email, and on misleading MP site :'The package will be delivered to your address and it is possible to track the package.'Contrary to the above, PostNord informs, MP never designates it as a 'home delivery'. Instead of residential delivery, yet again: 'The sender has sent the package to a parcel shop or parcel box.' Erroneous delivery method is never corrected, and dismal customer service never responds to complaints. Save yourselves the headaches and avoid!
Good products for cheap price.Reading reviews I expected problems with delivery or something related to that, but my products arrived earlier than expected, within just 3 days. And everything ordered arrived.Only minus was the state of the package box, it was completely destroyed, but I would assume that is PostNords doing, rather than myprotein.All in al quality products for bargain price.
