I gonna share my honest feedbacks about this company as long as I didn't getting a solution from them. It's almost 1 month since Ive made my purchase on their website. And yes, I still didn't received it. Someone here will write me a default answer from myprotein like they sent me some message, but they are not providing a solution.NEVER. They always just make a vision they doing something. But the reality is that the don't respect their customers, not taking ANY responsibility for their parcels. Just ignoring and asking to wait for something.
I have bought multiple other times on myprotein, No problems before. I ordered With a diffrent accountAnd the problem happendI think its a just a mistake The problem has been resovled good customer service/help overall
Ordered express delivery, gets an auto-email that the due to some random excuse, the delivery is delayed. Conveniently the delay fits the delivery time of the free, standard shipping time. So basically paid for a free delivery. The email is automated so its clearly some scammy strategy as it would be an easy task to just disable the express shipping option.Will see when my order shows up, but until then i will buy when i need at one of their competitors .
I apologize, but the answer I got to my 'problem' was copy paste. I don't understand why you have the option to change the order if you can't do it. I kindly asked after I bought the supplements if it's possible to get unflavored creatine instead the berry burst. I mean you have the option there, I placed the order at 19:57 (08.04.2023) and then at 00:04 (09.04.2023) i tried to change the order only for the creatine to get the unflavored option, then i got a copy paste response. So guys, please be careful when you order something, check multiples times it's the item you wanna buy, because even though they have the option to change the order, they won't do it, and the response you will get it will be a copy paste text that is sent to everyone, as you can see in those comments, all the responses are the same, they don't mind to read them. That's why they got 3,5 stars.
