Review Time
Been using the same protein powder the last couple of years, unflavoured whey from myprotein, so I’m quite familiar with the taste. The last batch I ordered tasted very different from what it usually tastes of, like cornstarch in water.When I contacted them to complain about it, they asked for batch no. and expiration date, which I sent them. Now it’s been over two months and I still haven’t heard anything back.
I made an order with some t-shirts in 2 different sizes so I could just return the sizes that didn't fit me. I've never experienced such bad customer service. I completed the return process and printed the label. When I got to the drop-off location they said that my label was invalid. I went home and contacted the customer service regarding this issue. All I've received is just the same message over and over again. Today I went onto the chat support on the website to hopefully solve this matter once and for all only to find out that when we got into the details of the case the employee left the chat.I've now called to 4 different courier companies in order to know whether my label was valid or not, and hopefully I can get rid of this parcel that I've been waiting to return for over a week.If you want to shop on the website, make sure you don't want to return ANY items cause this is the most unprofessional treatment I've ever experienced. I won't be using my money on their website again, that's for sure.
Hi. I'm from DK. There is a great offer of buying stuff worth more than 700dKK, then you'll recieve a 40% discount with free shipping. Then again, I can't pay for my 7 items. I already have an account but can't seem to log in. Tried to reset my password but then I get the message "something went wrong", and the message didn't say what went wrong but just something. Then I tried connecting to FB- and Google account, but I unfortunately got the message "please wait whilst we authenticate you" even tho I bought from you like 10 times. I was willing to wait tho, but not 15 min without any form of improvement, NOTHING happened. I thought that was weird as hell, so I tried making a new account with a different email and telephone number, and I got the message "something went wrong". OKAY THEN TELL ME WHAT WENT WRONG SO I CAN CORRECT IT, GOD DAMN IT! How hard can it be for worldwide company to have well working webshop, jesus christ. And there is no customer service whatsoever, so that means no help. The 1 star is the discount rates other than that, just terrible.
