Have messaged 5 times to withdraw my funds that are in MY wallet but they don’t allow you to withdraw .. BUNCH OF CROOKS … they are still posting messages about the achievements of horses that are still in ownership but they don’t give you what they owe you anyway so they might as well be running on Blackpool beach
No replies to any messages or emails!Been part of the Stradivarius Syndicate and we were promised funds from sale at the end of January!No contact or monies have been received!Where is my money!!?? I have now reported them to Action Fraud!
I have tried to have money withdrawn from my account without success. There have been no replies to emails sent.I had shares in two horses, Syndicated and Breathless Spirit with myracehorse uk.My opinion is to avoid any dealings with them.
Agree with comments from all the negative reviewers. I’ve been involved in a few horses with this outfit - sent a few emails over last few months, nil response each time. I’m amazed that these crooks are still operating, and tv racing presenter Nick Luck should be totally embarrassed to have been associated with them. I am about to file a formal complaint to the BHA about their unacceptable conduct vis a vis syndicate management. I truly believe that they are convinced that they will get away with holding back sums of money from people and failing to respond to emails etc because relatively small sums of money are involved per owner and no individual will bother to take them on. We need to prove them wrong folks! I would urge any owner who knows of a specific financial sum owed to them (account balance) to request it by letter (sent by recorded post) to their remaining ‘active’ Director - see companies house registered business information (Gov.uk) Allow them a fixed reasonable period to respond and pay you what you are owed (e.g 2 weeks). If they fail to deliver then proceed with a claims court action against the same active officer (formerly known as small claims court). Trust me, its very easy to do and will cost you less than £40. You are highly likely to be successful and this company will then be ordered to pay you your original account balance, plus your court claim costs, plus daily interest added until they cough up. If enough owners pursue this line of action we can achieve justice, fair compensation, and hopefully rid UK racing industry of these morally corrupt players.
This is a scam invested in a horse breathless spirit which was then sold after winning and looking promising money (lot less that I invested) is showing in my account but won't let me withdraw it after numerous emails I have had no response do not touch this company
I bought a share in a horse called Breathless Spirit; the horse was doing really well. Then all of a sudden I had an email to say that the horse had been sold. I paid £50 and am waiting for £14.80 back. Apparently this is what they do all the time. They get lots of people to buy shares in a horse and then sell it. Then they pay you back a very low amount and this is how they are making a lot of money, it is a scam.
