The coat I received was of extremely disappointing quality and had no resemblance to what I expected. It took nearly three weeks to arrive, and now I face high return shipping costs because the service does not provide prepaid labels. I will never order from this seller again!
Absolutely poor quality of the coat i ordered, nothing to do with London. Might as well came from Temu or Shein, took nearly 3 weeks for it to come. Never order from this company again!Its costing me half of the price of the coat to send it back they wont send out pre-paid labels to you. Scam company!!!
Corrupt company should not be allowed to sell goods under false name. Not based in London. Stole £70 off me and wont answer any correspondence. The goods are faulty and not fit for purpose asked for a returns label no one gets back have involved my bank to claim refund. Why are they allowed to set up and steal of the british public.
Absolutely appalling service item not described as i bought no returns label or nothing. You can only contact the company by email and ive contacted them numerous times to arrange a refund. Do not buy anything from this company.
Don't be fooled by this company its not London Based it Albanian. Goods are poor and not as described. They then try to haggle to reduce the price when you want to return the goods to the company which adds a significant cost, because you are required to pay the postage. All I can say is Buyer Beware
This company is in China not London. Clothing is similar to Shein or Temu but 10 times the price for poor quality. Delivery schedules are 2-3 weeks and returns are very complicated and you have to pay for your own tracked postage back to China! Avoid
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.it is quite this is a Chinese company posing as being based in London, they scam you in to believing otherwise. They state delivery as being less than a week, i have now been waiting for a cat litter tray for 3 weeks and it still says its in Shanghai. I bought it because it looked good on the photos, but in hindsight the pics are clearly ai, i dread to think of what i am to receive based on other reviews. Utterly useless company. Scam artist, think what our currency is worth in china and do not waste it with these crooks.
