Have not received my goods 16 days after ordering. It is now 30 days since I ordered my goods. I have contacted Mystery store 3 times and they responded the third time, requesting more order information. Surely the order number provides the necessary information. This was a week ago. I have heard no more.03/06/2024Still no action. I have requested a refund. No responseThis morning I requested assistance in making a lost parcel claim. No response.
