Navigating through the website was easy, quick turnaround for shipping, and the quality of the pins were great. The only issue I had is the back of the pins which are rubber and I preferred the metal clasp type. I almost lost my pin on my book bag after using it for one day
I've only recently discovered this website but I've placed 3 orders in that short and had a good enough experience last night that I felt compelled to leave a review. The first order i placed was filled promptly and shipped faster than the ETA was even listed. The third order i placed was only a few days ago but the second order was why I am writing today. When it arrived (Once again, very quickly) it happened to be the wrong item with the wrong invoice. It appears that they criss/crossed my order with someone else's so i took a photo and sent an email. in less than an hour - at NIGHT TIME - they replied with an apology and a promise to rectify. By the time i got to work this morning i already had a new confirmation an tracking for the replacement item. When i offered to return or forward the other guys item I was told i could even keep that too. These are some good people, folks. Its hard to judge when there are so many online choices but these folks are legit. they know how to treat customers and they seemed to genuinely care about making things right. They've earned a customer for life.
