Doesn’t even deserve 1 star rating. I ordered some trousers and accidentally didn’t provide the house number when writing my address but did include all other address information. I quickly emailed the given email address once I’d realised my mistake minutes after making the order and have heard absolutely nothing back. I have sent endless emails and have not had 1 single response, I understand it was my original doing but to be completely ignored and no communication as to where the item even is, just shows a terrible customer service. Quick to take your money but when you require some communication and help to rectify the issue, absolutely nothing. Will never ever use this company again
