I have been using Nail Order for a few months now and am in love! The products are so easy to use, the courses I have done (online) have been amazing! The feedback after the courses was very in depth and made it clear that correct usage was so important to the brand and the customer service is out of this world! It never feels like you are a burden when asking for help! I cannot tell you how amazing this brand is!
Nail order is amazing! I rebranded late last year and I’m so glad I did! I needed a brand that offered great quality products but also kept up to date with trends as I do a lot of nail art.Nail orders products are incredible and there is something for everyone. I have multiple options based on my clients needs.Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever seen in my life, you can tell they really do care about the brand, the products and their customers. They are constantly listening to feedback and what nail techs need and want. Nothing is too much trouble and they are extremely helpful, I always feel like I can reach out to any of the Nail Order team and they will help with anything.Their education is also amazing! I’ve done two conversion courses and one new course with them and the knowledge is great. I feel like they want the best for nail techs. I’m learning a lot with nail order. They even offer help through regular social media content so everyone can have access to it.
I cannot fault the products made by Nail order! I use their builder gel, hard gel & gel xtensions systems as well as gel polish, and am always impressed by the pigment and application! All of the team are so helpful and welcoming to any question, and i am happy to keep investing in them all!🖤
I first tried Nail order in December 2024. And since then fell in love with the products. There hasn’t been a product Iv tried that I haven’t loved so far. I have completely transitioned fully over to Nail order now and this is the only brand I use. 100% recommended. And the service is amazing and the community they have built via face book group.
By far the best nail company ive ever used. I love absolutely all their products. From the awesome smelling cuticle oils to the builder gel system and much more. Fun people making fun products for nail techs. They have also created such a community for nail techs to come together 🖤🩷
