Only a 1 as you can not give less. Scammers do not buy. Received a dress in a different material, colour and style, hopeless to return as it is an overseas address and they do not want it back.
Thought i was ordering a dress from aussie, but nope— it was from china. At that point I knew i’d been scammed but I desperately needed the dress so I held on hope. Two weeks later and my dress arrives. It’s thin, cheap fabric, too small, wrong colour, and cost me roughly $84 NZD. Tragic
I purchased a "Cotton-Linen" shirt from this store based on the website description. However, the item I received is 100% cotton—which is clearly stated on the garment's own care label.When I contacted customer service with photographic proof of the tag, they completely dismissed it, claiming their "supplier confirmed" the item was correct. Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product doesn't match the description, the retailer is responsible for a full refund and the cost of the return. Despite this, Sage Sydney refused to provide a pre-paid return label and instead insisted I pay over $30 to ship the incorrect item back to China.They tried to push store credit and small partial refunds rather than taking responsibility for their mistake. This business is a typical drop-shipping operation with misleading descriptions and zero regard for consumer rights.Avoid this shop. I’ve had to escalate this to a bank dispute to get my money back.
I recieved my item (obviously from China). Quality of fabric and make were horrendous. I emailed Sage Sydney and was asked to send pictures which i did.After which, i was advised my options were store credit, minus shipping for my next order (Why would i want another crappy product!) A 10% REFUND and i keep the faulty purchase! Or send it back to China at a cost of around $30!Apalling business ethics and shoddy clothing. Would never recommend. The dress will be binned as that's all it is good for!
DO Not waste your money here! This is a sham site, that charges triple the price of the usual poor quality horrendous products you could get of Temu. As with a similar customer I emailed Sage Sydney and they told me to send pictures which I did.They replied with some poor options.. either a store credit, minus shipping for my next order (for another shitty Temu dress); or a 10% REFUND (which is about $7!!) and I get to keep the shitty dress; or send it back to China at a cost of around $30!Needless to say all that they preach on their website about being authentically Australian and quality over quantity is just lies. Run away!
