I bought Namecheap FastVPN because of the attractive price, but it was a big mistake. The service simply does not work. I tried logging in more than 7 times on my Windows PC and 2 other devices, but the login page/dashboard never loads.
When I requested a refund via PayPal because the product was unusable, their "Risk Management Team" sent me a threatening email saying they would charge me an extra $10 fee if the dispute wasn't resolved in their favor.
Instead of helping a customer with a technical failure, they tried to intimidate me. Avoid this VPN if you want a reliable connection and professional support. Go for Proton or other trusted providers instead.

Namecheap is charging high charges and blackmailing me to pay high on domain renewal. Even they block my domain immediately on expiry date.
There is a rule of 30 days redemption period and domain remain active in that period but they deactivaye my domain softsols.it.com and ask em high amount and also black mailing me.

I’ve been using Namecheap for around 5–6 years now, and most of my domain portfolio is with them.

The main reason I stayed with them is simple — pricing and reliability. Their domain rates are generally competitive, and for long-term holders like me, that matters. The free WHOIS privacy protection is honestly one of the best parts. A lot of registrars charge extra for that, but with Namecheap it’s included, which saves money over time.

Their dashboard is easy to manage once you get used to it, and I’ve handled renewals, DNS changes, and transfers without major issues. It’s not complicated, which I appreciate.

Overall, it’s affordable (as the name suggests) and dependable. That’s why I’ve kept most of my domains there for years.

Suspends Domains Without Warning I strongly advise any business owner to stay away from Namecheap.

Suspends Domains Without Warning

I strongly advise any business owner to stay away from Namecheap. We learned the hard way that they are not a reliable partner for professional operations.

Zero Warning: They suspended our domain without a single prior email, warning, or opportunity to resolve any underlying issue.

Total Irresponsibility: For a business, a domain is a lifeline. Having your website and email go dark instantly because of a "bot-style" automated suspension is unacceptable.

Lack of Support: Their support team offers no accountability and hides behind canned responses while your business loses revenue and reputation.

If you value your business continuity, do not be lured in by their low prices. The "cheap" in their name comes at the cost of your security and stability. Move your assets elsewhere.

Found a cheaper price at a competing company: 33% cheaper. They offered a 5% discount one time. Then 10% was the max they could do and it was only one time for the exact same hardware on an inferior network. So I'll be moving, unfortunately. While being with them, their network has blocked my server from accessing the internet several times (putting my online business at risk), I was blamed for issues, and prices were gouged. When it worked, it worked.

5 out of 5 stars. So far, prices haven't gone up too much in spite of the global "tariffs" killing businesses daily. My online presence has been consistent and rarely interrupted. Provided prices stay low, and quality remains 5 stars I see no reason to make any changes. As a professional photographer, I depend on full access to my sites every day.
