Awful experience

I had to pay customs fees, which were nearly equal to the price of the item I purchased from the company. Had I known the total cost would be doubled, I would have never ordered from their website. Customs fees were not specified in the total price shown, and the company informed the shipping provider that I was responsible for those charges. Never again!
