I cannot recommend this service at all due to the terrible customer support. During Black Friday, I placed an order worth over 1300EUR, but after two weeks, I received no updates on shipping, despite being told delivery would take just two days. When I called the support team, I was shocked to find there was no English speaker available at a supposed American company. After waiting on the line, I explained my issue about the lack of delivery. The representatives simply stated that it was what it was and that I would receive information later. Eventually, I got an email saying my paid order was randomly canceled without any explanation or consultation with me. I called again to express my frustration, as this was meant to be a Christmas gift ordered on December 2. The representatives told me they couldn't do anything and suggested I purchase something else for Christmas from another brand. This was confirmed multiple times during the call. I was left in disbelief and ended the call. Is this truly how a well-known American brand treats its customers? We quickly decided to take our business elsewhere and ended up purchasing our desired IT equipment from a different company, where we received excellent customer care and service. It's impressive how quickly you can lose a potential customer. Well done.
Never recommended and the worst customer service ever.Black Friday, orders are in plece for more than 1300EUR. Aftre 2 weeks no any info about the shipping, even it was wrtitten before that the deliverey will be in 2 days. I called the customer service aftre 2 weeks, suprisely, there was no english speaker at an American company...waiting and waitning on the call then I explaned my issue there is no paid delivery aftre 2 weeks. Norena, Pablo from the call center said, it is as it is and I will get info later. Later I got an email where my paid order was cancleed rendomly without any reason , alignment with me. I called them again and explained my dissatisfaction as it was a xmas gift and it was ordered on 2 Dec. Those persones said , they can not do anything and i can buy soemthing else for xmas even with other brand like apple etc... They confirm on a recoreded line more times this statement.I was completely shocked and just left them and hang on the call. Is it really happening at a well-known American brand. The customer is nobody? Well, we made a quick action and YES, we changed our mind and prurchased our ideal IT equipments at APPLE with a high top customer care, offers and treatment. You really know how to loose a potential customer in a second. Well trained team. Congrats.Good luck HP.
I believe this is the worst controlling institution that could benefit from psychiatric help! If you want to purchase a product that literally will never be yours and every step you take will be decided by them, if it can proceed. They have the ability to mar anything you’re trying to achieve and DO! Never, never buy HP if you value your independence operating the machine YOU have purchased, as you thought you did, even when your bank balance shows this. You didn’t! You simply rented and HP are in charge from that moment on! I’ve had a few years experience of this now. Incidentally if you purchase a printer, once you unpack you won’t find instructions for it. You’ll have to sign up to HP for that, and that’s where the control (theirs) starts! Only their ink works, fair enough, but their prices are in no way competitive! (Your?) printer won’t work with ANY other make. Shop around, the ink is cheaper in many other outlets. Once the faults start, cut your losses and purchase a different make, just check back here with the name of the company first….;) by the way, I’ve had HP since 2019, but can only review from a recent purchase (12 months previous) although It’s been a decoration under a table since…bye bye HP!
Speaking to a human is itself an issue, but I finally made contact. Since doing a system update on my Mac, the printer will no longer respond. I've spent over 3 hours with Apple in two sessions and a further 45minutes this morning with HP Tech support. I'm told that my printer is now 5 years old and there is no further support with Firmware Updates for my Colour Laser Jet printer. These are expensive machines to replace every 5 years and I won't be buying another HP if this is the tactic to sell new machines.

My laptop is less than 1 year old so still under warranty. I asked for support to fix it on WhatsApp. All they did was fob me off with instructions on how to fix it myself. They did not even want to arrange to have it collected for repair and referred me to other parts of the organisation. I was told there was no manager to speak with about the lack of help and no complaints procedure. My laptop has still not been collected for repair nearly 4 weeks after asking for help. This is the last time I buy HP.
