This was my first experience ordering from the company, and it was quite frustrating. I ordered a summer bag in early June, and it took weeks to ship. While I was on vacation, I received a notification that it was delivered, but my front door cameras showed no delivery. After emailing them, they said they would confirm with the delivery service but never followed up, only responding when I reached out. By the end of August, they confirmed the package was misdelivered, but the item was no longer available. This entire process has been disappointing, and it shows a lack of care for customers. Their final options were a refund or a delayed replacement that wasn’t what I ordered. I’m not interested in a brand that doesn’t prioritize making things right.
