Frustrating experience with delayed order updates

I placed an order on 25th November, and after a week, there were still no updates on when it would be shipped, even though my card had already been charged. I reached out to the customer service team, but it took them two days to respond to my email without providing a clear answer, stating they needed to check with the shipping department. Meanwhile, the items I ordered have since dropped in price. I would recommend avoiding orders from this service.

First order experience was disappointing

This was my first experience ordering from the company, and it was quite frustrating. I ordered a summer bag in early June, and it took weeks to ship. While I was on vacation, I received a notification that it was delivered, but my front door cameras showed no delivery. After emailing them, they said they would confirm with the delivery service but never followed up, only responding when I reached out. By the end of August, they confirmed the package was misdelivered, but the item was no longer available. This entire process has been disappointing, and it shows a lack of care for customers. Their final options were a refund or a delayed replacement that wasn’t what I ordered. I’m not interested in a brand that doesn’t prioritize making things right.

Exceptional customer support experience

I placed an order online but realized it would arrive after my holiday. I frantically emailed and called the support team. A representative was outstanding in assisting me. She kindly handled my issue, canceled my order, and reserved the bag for me at the flagship store. I am incredibly grateful for her help. It’s rare to receive such kind and efficient customer service.

Stolen delivery, no refund offered

My delivery was stolen outside my apartment, as the carrier left it there without notifying me. Neither the delivery service nor the company took responsibility, despite my police report. The company refused to issue a refund. This experience has been terrible, and I won't shop with them again. After some email exchanges, they offered a small refund and store credit, but I still would have to pay a significant amount. Thankfully, I was able to resolve the payment issue through my payment service. I want to share my experience to inform others about potential issues.

Waiting for a refund after return

I returned my order using the label provided but am still waiting for my refund. The return shipment is on hold due to an unpaid invoice with the shipping service, and the company won't refund me despite this being their issue. I have had to escalate this with my payment service.
