Recently completed a remortgage and transfer of equity. Excellent service from start to finish, regular updates on progression and had no trouble speaking to someone when required. For over two years, we had made concerted efforts to engage the other party in dialogue in order to amicably settle a breach of contract dispute. Having recently bought and sold a property using Napthens, I would highly reccomend. Sean Aldridge and Jennifer Darwen were informed of a leaking roof in a disabled 78 year old's house on 9th Feb 2021 at the start of the day. It's now Friday 12th and they are failing to secure a firm to undertake the work despite them being responsible for the care and maintenance of the property.Update Day 8 and still no response to emails and calls. It's rained, the ceiling is soaked, damage is being done.
This is the second time we have used Napthens for the sale/purchase of a property. On both occasions they have been very helpful and efficient. Fees are explained at the start of the process. They always answer or return phone calls and emails and know exactly where in the process you are. We were kept well informed of progress being made.
