The firm are highly professional. They listen to your concerns and act solely in your interests. Amanda my caseworker was exceptionally. Always attentive, with a great level of attention to detail. Fully supportive throughout. Ultimately, I got the desired outcome. Would without a doubt recommend these solicitors.My initial solicitor Roger was also superb. Absolutely a scam and unprofessional. They sent an email with my file on Saturday night while my appointment was next day Monday morning at 9am. I had to show up at court with no file or paperwork. Do not wast your money. They are just sales man not real lawyers. I will also report this to ombudsman service. You forget to mention 02/02/24 at 5pm pass Friday, that counted as weekend. You are a lawyer and does not respect the law. “Office Out of hours” i have paid £1980 for preparation and representation which you failed to provide me with my file on time after you asked me to pay the same amount again. How is this 5 star service? Am confused how you get this.
Upfront and clear fees. The reassurance provided by not only the professionalism of the company but also the warmth, friendliness, understanding and compassion.Very well informed since the first phone call and the subsequent emails / calls. Never given false hope, just clear facts.My case was ultimately thrown out after 4 hearings, instead of the expected 2. This meant through no fault of NML, I had to pay for the legal expenses for the additional 2 hearings, and was sad to learn that many are unable to continue receiving legal support due to the funding. To anyone experiencing this, do not let the courts and CPS allow you to be pushed out of having a fair hearing, NML ultimately won this for me and the courts are required to reimburse me.
This company have been payed and instructed but since getting money zero responses or call backs or reply’s to emails I have kept all the emails as evidence as I have worked for a massive uk law firm and although they are not criminal lawyers they have said they can help after our case to report this company My son is in court Monday and has had promise after promise of a solicitor calling before then and nothing so Monday morning we attend with no contact and possibly no solicitor we will see update to followAs below contacted out of hours Sunday and assured solicitor would be in court 930 to discuss case before hearing Will keep this post updated so today 22nd solicitor turned up at court Alex and he was actually very good and genuinely would recommend him as above the response from the call centre wasn’t great but the representative was superb

I can highly recommend NML. I had David Houldcroft and his wife represent me in court today. I was facing a 18 month ban. David went above and beyond to find faults with the police and CPS. The magistrates even said they were embarrassed with how the CPS hadn’t done what they needed to before todays trial hearing. There was not enough evidence to convict me. And they DISMISSED my case. David and his wife made me feel at ease whilst waiting to go in to court. I’d give 10 stars if I could. The costs were definitely worth it. I’d definitely advise to request David houldcroft as a representing lawyer. You can tell David loves his job and helps his clients the best he can. I can’t thank him enough. He’s AMAZING 🤩
