I had an excellent experience working with NML. I approached them with a very difficult set of circumstances, which I thought had only one outcome for myself. However, they were diligent and scrupulous with their treatment of my case. My representative Mr Lemosa presented very well on the day and I felt confident in his manor and abilities. First and foremost I would like to thank you National Motoring Lawyers for the great service you provided and a special thanks to Mr DAVID HOULDCROFT for presenting me with professionalism where I was facing charges of failing to provide a specimen and being suspected being in charge of a vehicle. With the possibility of facing 12weeks in prison or a three years driving Ban, however with the help of Mr HOULDCROFT he was able to convince the judge to give me a three months ban and a lesser fine which is the outcome I was more than happy with! What a great service Dealing with my case fantastic but for obvious reasons I don't anticipate requiring your services in the future! However I will certainly recommend you to any friends or family should they find themselves needing legal advice on any motoring offences.
My partner was in court today accused of suspected drink driving and failure to provide a breath test. David Houldcroft was exceptional and went above and beyond in his representation. We expected a ban due to previous but David Houldcroft and his wife were supportive to both of us, kept us fully informed, gave valued advise that resulted in points and hours not a ban. This was a lifeline to us, being self employed and vehicle dependant David not only saved our small family business, but our home and so many other things due to the verdict he fought for. I have been represented over the past nine months by DAVID HOULDCROFT whom I found to be very polite, very professional and looked at every avenue to help me with my court case and never once felt that we were defeated. David had my sentence reduced significantly from a twenty month ban to a three month ban and with only £500 costs. I am very happy with the outcome and it has made a huge difference to my life and for that I am grateful that David persevered and found a route to be able to come to this outcome. It was a very costly mistake that I made and one that has certainly been paid for but without David Houldcroft's help and belief in the case it could have been a far worse scenario. I am very happy that he was my barrister assigned to me through National Motoring Lawyers but as far as the company goes that is where I will end this part of the review as it will detract from the good, I have written regarding the review. After finding myself in a situation I’ve never experienced before National Motoring Lawyers took on my case when no one else would. Sandra Cooper a very talented lawyer took her time with taking all my details I had to share and quickly explained my defence. I was assigned a case handler Paul who was always ready to answer any of my questions thought the entire process. I had two hearings. The first hearing I received a terrible lawyer to represent me. He attempted to make me sign my name against potential incriminating statements that I never said. I contacted my case handlers at NML to express my concerns with the representative they provided me and they quickly got on the phone with him. Sorted out the issue immediately. Which I truly appreciate. (P.S NML use third party lawyers for bronze level payment. The cheapest representation. So I’ll still give 5 stars to NML)During my second hearing, I received a much better representative. (An older Irish gentleman) He was well spoken, knowledgeable and personable with myself and the judges. He quickly built a report with the judges and prosecution. We followed our game plan provided by NML case handlers Paul and Sandra. As planned we won the case as the judges dropped the charges deeming the evidence provided by the CPS insufficient. I couldn’t thank NML any more!Really gave me a second chance. (Very affordable in comparison to other law firms) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service. Many thanks! I’ve had so many doubts before I got in touch with NML because of the negative reviews, like they are scammers, taking payments and don’t show up to the court only through live link or promises wining the case and they don’t. But thanks god I have chosen this firm. I have contacted NML on July last year explaining my situation I was at that time( drink and drive) they never promised me that they will win the case and everything will be fine. They promise me one thing, and that was that they will do everything in their power to win the case. As a foreigner I didn’t have any hope or believe that will be possible. Of course there are fees which has to be paid that doesn’t mean that those fees are hidden payments for nothing, every question and phone calls I have made through NML during the time of my case, they were all answered and carefully explained to me. This was an eight months case. Yesterday 24.02.2023 my case was won by MR JAMES BROKS. The CPC have failed to serve the evidence. which I have felt like I was in to a movie, MR JAMES hasn’t even give them a chance of breathing. Many thanks from the bottom of my heart to NML, my case workers AMANDA, LAURA, and all the people from this firm, god bless you guys.
