NML know what they are doing. They were very clear about possible defence arguments, next steps in building a case, clear about prosecution arguments. My case was unusual in that it has gone on for almost 2 years. I can’t express the relief now that it is over and with a positive outcome of case discontinued.I cannot thank enough NML for taking up my case, for their reassurances and winning my drink driving case. After speaking with Gary, he did reassured me they would do the best of what they do and look after me, especially after me not having much hope.In court on trial day pleaded not guilty. The worst legal experience of my life. I was lulled into believing I had a case. Solicitors barely gave advice and only after you had paid invoices. They hid communications from the cps from me and said they had "not received" emails containing crucial evidence against me in order for me to pay them whilst believing I had a defence. I have never known an email to not be recieved from the sender. On the day my legal representative went into court came back out and advised me to change my plea to guilty. I got a heavy fine and a lengthy ban without the DD course. Stay clear of this shoddy company. I lost out on thousands due to this company. Solicitors don't give a damn. They say they will call you before court dates and never do. Instead they show up on the day unprepared trying to wing it and from what I've seen, I'd be very surprised if they've actually won a case. Most of these reviews look fake. If I had read them before moving ahead (because I was desperate) I would deffo not have used their shoddy services. They are conmen in the flesh. I would advise looking elsewhere for a solicitor as this shoddy lot don't seem to give a damn about your licence or the impact it will have on you. They just care about being paid. Wish I could give this lot 0 stars. Absolute fu*kery. THEY WILL ROB YOU AND MOVE ONTO THE NEXT DESPERSTE PERSON.
Sandra was very reassuring very quick to reply to my emails I didn't hold much hope but I'm so glad I trusted this company to get me thru this very difficult time, i potentially was looking at a three year ban I was so scared but my solicitor Margret managed to get it thrown out today, I couldn't be happier or more relieved thank you so much, amin team was also amazing and understandin, all I need now is my court costs to be paid
Firstly, would just like to thank their team for the amazing effort that they have done for me! When I first got in contact with Sandra she was very helpful and understanding towards my case. Whenever I got an email from Sandra regarding my case and I didn’t understand I was able to ring her / email her and she would happily explain to me the situation. I then met Jay who would be helping me in court he was also a nice guy who helped me out and told me the what the next steps were going to be! My first trial, we pleaded not guilty and then we had to wait five months for the second trial and within the five months, I was still in contact with their team as they was getting all the evidence and explain the situation to me the whole way. The 2nd court date arrived and I met up with Jay again. He explain to me what was going on on that day. With all the teams hard work, we won the case!!! May 2023 I got pulled over for drink driving literally 30 seconds away from my home. The level of the alcohol reading was 67 when brought into custody. I started reading into things of the outcome if found guilty because ive never been in this type of situation before not realised that I can get a criminal record. In that instance I knew i wanted to plead not guilty and started to look up companies who would help support my case. I came across NML through Google and read their testimonials, I was a bit skeptical because I thought anyone in the company can write and make up testimonials. I decided to give them a call and explain my situation. I spoke to Sandra Cooper and I can't explain in word how brilliant and very genuine she was. Although I had to case the caseworks a few times leading up to the trail, I was extremely surprised to find out that my case had been discontinued by the CPS long before the trial date.
