Review Time
The coach experienced a door malfunction, resulting in a lengthy wait for a mechanic. It was quite cold, and I missed my connection at the airport. Instead of enduring an hour and a half in the chilly waiting area, I decided to call a friend for a ride.
I had some disappointment with our coach to the airport being delayed by a couple of hours. The driver's comment about being the 1:30 pm coach when it was actually 3:20 pm was not acceptable, yet he acted as if he was doing us a favor by taking us. On the return trip from the airport, the driver was once again somewhat rude to the passengers.
On the last three occasions I have used National Express I have paid for the tickets to be posted to me. They did not arrive until I phoned up and complained. This last time is exactly the same. I have paid for my tickets to be posted to me and they have not arrived yet with only 5 days to go to my journey. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Disgraceful service. I’m currently in a 70 pound uber because my 9:05 was cancelled and I was not notified. The 9:35 was also cancelled. I despair. Then they told me one would arrive at 10:10! Flight would be missed..I’m with 3 others who also suffered the same fate. I demand compensation.
