Booking online through the app is quite straightforward, and it conveniently saves your tickets. However, it can be a bit frustrating to input coach card details twice—once for verification and again during payment for each booking. It would greatly improve the experience if the app could store coach card information, requiring input only once a year.
I want to express my gratitude to the staff member who was working on Sunday, 30th November at the airport station. She provided exceptional customer service by assisting me with my ticket changes and guiding me to the right location. She even walked me to the correct coach to ensure I boarded the right one. Her friendly and polite demeanor made a significant difference, especially during a chilly late Sunday shift. Such outstanding service deserves recognition!
