Couldn’t amend my ticket

Normally nothing goes wrong, however this time i accidentally bought a ticket for the next day of when o had to leave and of course i chose the cheapest option (standard) because the date doesn’t come up unless you pull it up on your screen i hadn’t seen and spent ten pound on the wrong date (for a trip to london) right after when I noticed that it was the wrong date. I wanted to amend it, which meant that I had to pay an extra fee, but I was fine with that however, I couldn’t amend it because I chose the standard option which I think is so unfair because it was just a mistake and I think we should be able to amend it and pay a fee so now I’ve just had to pay for another ticket for the right day, which was 16 pounds and overall I’ve lost 10 which I don’t agree with. also for most people 10 pounds is not too much for me as a university student. It’s a lot and I am on a budget so I just think it’s unfair that I had to lose those and hopefully with this experience somebody will understand that we should be able to amend tickets, no matter the price of the ticket or where to. I really would like to ask for a refund.

Missing details on payment page

Overall it was good, BUT, you must add an option that shows the summary of the journey on the same screen as the payment. There is no way to check the details are all correct without pressing the "back" button 4 or 5 times.

Absolutely joke

Absolutely joke ! I booked ticket from Birmingham to Leicester on 27th NOV at 22:30 (paid extra for flexible one), system changed itself for another one at 1pm. My bus left with few empty spaces and people from the desk don't let me in ! Guys on the desk were extremely rude and their way of customer service is unacceptable. The booking system is rubbish, a lot people had similar issues. Team on the desk needs a proper customer service training.

Always on time and its good value and professional service for money compared to the train. On the return journey to Hereford the A419 was closed due to an accident so the driver had to choose another route back. Thankyou to the driver who got us back safely to Hereford.
