The departure was earlier than expected

The coach departed the station a minute ahead of its scheduled time while I was rushing from a nearby bus stop. If it weren't for another coach from a different service that showed up a few minutes later, I might have missed my flight.

The coaches are modern and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I faced delays on both segments of my trip, resulting in an arrival that was an hour later than planned. Thankfully, I was returning home rather than heading to an airport.

Avoid this service - poor reliability and communication

I strongly advise against using this service. The coach failed to arrive, the live tracker was not operational, and there was no communication. After a lengthy wait on the phone, the line disconnected, and on the second call, the response was rude and unhelpful. It's unacceptable to expect people to wait for four hours on a chilly December night without any updates.

Amidst the chaos on the roads near the airport caused by an incident in the Central area, the driver maintained a calm and professional demeanor. Despite the frustration of delayed passengers voicing their complaints about the late coach, which took over an hour to travel between T5 and the Central Bus Station, the driver handled the situation admirably.
