Excellent

Excellent. Drivers top outstanding. They care for my camera bag. And definitely a great coach. One note No heating at all on the bus. That was bit odd. The USB fabulous. And can be improved the WiFi overall love the trip bus new. Excellent

Luton to London

Landed at the Luton airport hour earlier than booked National Express coach for, asked staff at the station if I can board earlier bus to London , there was not a problem with that at all so arrived in london an hour ealier , comfy seats and smooth ride , easy booking system so 5 stars rating service .

I missed the bus for 3 mins and had to pay again. I have been using National Express for 45 years, and am horrified to say, that there is little customer care left, its all about the money .
