Review Time
Overnight return coach from Liverpool to London, was made to get off the coach in the middle of the night (about 3am) each way and wait up to an hour whilst the drivers changed over in a freezing cold station. This coach was losted as 0 changes.In previous years you'd be able to wait(sleep) on the coach during this wait at birmingham which makes sense as you'd expect passengers to be asleep during an overnight coach ride. This is a nonsensical and very unpleasant interruption to the journey hence my rating. Otherwise booking was straightforward (although nowhere was it mentioned that passengers would have to disembark half way through the journey), and drivers were friendly and safe.
The air conditioning was extremely cold on 19th Nov London N455 at 6.15am from Milton Keynes to London Victoria. On the coldest way of winter that was a very unpleasant experionce i understand health and safety reasons for air circulation but not to that extent. Other pssengers were visibly uncomfy its not about solo experience
