Review Time
The booking was excellent excepting it included from an airport. With delays to planes a possibility I was worried I may have to catch a later bus. It took me some time to find out a ticket can be bought from the driver. I accept it would require a seat to be available.
We arrived early - as did the coach. However we were not allowed on the bus until 15 mins. before it left. The weather was gettlng colder and windier and it started to rain. Three passengers were waiting in the cold and rain for a good half an hour. They were probably all over 60. One asked the driver politely if we could get on the bus out of the rain, but was told that wasn't allowed. If you won't let passengers on the bus early, even in bad weather, couldn't you at least build some bus shelters in Salisbury? The stops are completely exposed to the elements.The bus arrived late to Heathrow, but the driver was very helpful on arrival.
The website design means it is very easy to book a return journey. Navigating to date and time of departure/return is straightforward. Any mistakes are easily corrected and there are several opportunities to review (and correct) details before purchasing the ticket.
