Quite easy to book it all online

Quite easy to book it all online. I only wish you would allocate seat numbers as well. Sometimes when travelling, my sister and I have had to seat separately.

Only 4 stars as there was no heating…

Only 4 stars as there was no heating working on the coach otherwise it would have been 5. Always use National Express as it is reliable and a safe way to travel.

Always late

Always late. Employee lied about being 20 mins late when in fact the bus came 1 hour and 50 mins late respectively. From Cardiff and from Luton to London within 1 week. No compensation, no communication, nothing, just casually late, while we waited in 2 degrees Celsius for an hour at 3AM
