Overall a good experience

Lovely, clean bus. Only 20 min delay The driver from sarn to LHR was lovely very happy. From LHR the driver had an aggressive attitude about where we should and shouldn't line up for the bus. Absolutely disgusting. There is a way to talk to people he needs to learn people skills. Bus was delayed 1 and half hours, not a problem due to traffic but would like to kept updated.

Easy to book but I didn't receive my £1.50 booking fee off the price. Obviously it was because I hadn't logged in, but there should be a suggestion somewhere to do that.
