Overnight bus from Newcastle to London.

Overnight bus from Newcastle to London.Pretty comfortable and I was able to get a decent sleep, not quite like being in your own bed, but still pretty decent.On time, easy booking, clean bus, comfortable seat. Nothing to complain about. Advice: take a next rest, eat plugs, and eye mask. It’ll help for a decent sleep on an overnight bus.

My trip was quite good but could be better

My trip was quite good, and the bus was comfortable and on time. However, I was very upset that it is not possible to return the tickets if you arrive only 2–3 minutes late. This happened to us, and we lost our tickets. Also, it was disappointing that we could not buy tickets 10 minutes before departure on the app. We had the same problem. I think these rules could be more flexible for passengers.
