National express service is reliable. On getting you to your destination on time. I do wish though that they kept a continuity of standards as I have found on some trips the driver will make customer announcements and on other trips no announcements are made. When the announcements are made, the trips are more pleasant as customers are reminded of how to be behave while travelling.
