Review Time
We were in Sheffield due to be picked up at one o clock in the morning there was no where to shelter it was all locked up it was bitter cold and pouring it down I was travelling with my two daughters one of which was only 12 there were junkies shouting up outside were we had to wait for the bus the bus never came we checked at 1.15 and it was saying there were major road works affecting the route if this was reported and customers were to wait outside in the pouring cold rain for another 42 minutes surely out of courtesy someone could of opened the station for people to shelter I had to have an uber from Sheffield to Nottingham as we were shaking wet through and scared I think it was a dreadful experience
Departing was easy. Because of the flight delay, even though it was factored in, it messed up our coach connection. We were told it would be hours to get a coach, so a thank you to the staff who managed to find a way round for us to get connecting coaches.
Needs more communication to onboard passengers from staff and timetables need reviewing as this is what passengers use to plan their journey. National Express have a revenue of more than a billion pounds so should be able to get this small things right.
