To Virgin Mobile UAE Customer Support,
I am writing to formally complain about a serious issue with how my SIM was sold and activated.
On 24 January, I purchased a SIM from your outlet at Sharjah City Centre. I clearly and repeatedly requested a Pay As You Go (prepaid) SIM — I stated this more than five times to the sales representative. Despite this, the representative (Mrs. Aala) activated my number on a monthly auto-renewal contract plan instead of prepaid and charged me AED 40.
This is unacceptable. I did not consent to a postpaid or auto-renewal plan, and I feel misled into a contract I explicitly refused. This has caused me inconvenience, stress, and loss of trust in your service.
I am requesting the following actions immediately:
1. Cancel the monthly auto-renewal plan on my number.
2. Convert my SIM to Pay As You Go (prepaid) with immediate effect.
3. Refund the amount charged to me for the monthly plan, as this was not authorized by me.
4. Confirm in writing that there will be no penalties, fees, or negative consequences on my account or future services.
Please treat this complaint seriously and provide a written resolution within 48 hours. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the complaint to higher management and the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I expect a fair and quick resolution.
I would like to formally report an issue with my delivery today. At around 11:40 PM, the delivery driver contacted me and asked for an additional 100 AED as “emergency delivery charges” to deliver the order immediately, Sharjah seyouh otherwise he said it would be delivered in the morning.because it’s too far from city
I am taking 1 year package and was Expecting delivery within 60 minutes. This extra charge was not mentioned anywhere in the app or in my plan details. When I declined to pay, the driver pressured me to cancel the delivery, which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I am having an extremely disappointing service experience. My application indicates that my ID is under review, yet the support team claims there are no issues on their end. I find myself visiting their outlet weekly without any resolution. Even the email responses say it’s resolved, but nothing has changed.
We finalized several mobile phone contracts along with a home internet plan, and we couldn't be more pleased. The representative provided us with outstanding support, professional guidance, and identified the best deals tailored to our requirements. What impressed us the most was her continued availability even after the contracts were finalized—she was always willing to answer our questions and offer assistance. Highly recommended! Despite the presence of more convenient options nearby, we gladly choose to return here each time.
I have shared numerous reviews about the awful services I received from the company. The frustration continues as they have not resolved my issue. I paid for a one-year subscription (over 500 USD), yet they blocked my number after just one month. My mistake was providing this number to my banks. Now, my finances are in disarray because I lost contact with my banks due to their absurd decision. Since I am outside the UAE, I cannot reach my banks directly. I warn anyone considering this service to think twice.
It was a pleasure to meet the representative at the service center. They explained the yearly plans, which are quite appealing. I will soon be signing up for a plan and will definitely recommend their services. Thank you!
