Bait and Switch. I ordered 4 sheets at $20 each, and after 2 weeks, they billed me an additional $451 as apparently the $20 each was just a trial period, which their website does NOT make clear at all. I am reporting them to the state of California and the FTC. They need to be taken down and refund everyone or fix the illegal activity.
They tried to take money out of my account at 2 o'clock in the morning Irish time. I never ordered anything from them. Thankfully my bank sent me a message at 2:00 in the morning to verify if this was a transaction i did which it wasn't.

Man, this is another lesson in reading reviews. YES, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!! PAY ATTENTION to the trial scam. The day you receive the sheets, you will be charged the full price. You do not even get a trial. CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT. Who wants to do this with me?
Absolute scam, first gives you what seems to be a promotional price.Doesn't deliver and then charges you a full wack on top of what was already charged, despite it wasn't in any way clear that they would, and that nothing even was delivered yet!!!And we're talking about hundreds of €....Now, I suffer from a bad back and have a trouble sleeping, and I live on a small budget.There's no way I would purchase anything SO expensive!..This company should be prosecuted as they're just making profit from confusing people and taking advantage by their non-transparent policy!!STAY CLEAR, PURE SCAMMERS!!!
Because there is no spot for NO STARS! This conpany is a scam. The first time I saw the word trial was on the receipt they sent when I questioned the charge on my PayPal account. They sent a receipt I had never seen before. I had the fabric strips long enough to unpack and put one on my bed. It was a disappointment as it almost dragged the floor on both sides on a full-sized bed. Used one night and after finding the company to be so disreputable, I would be scared to use them. This company is a scam that preys on people who are hurting and trying to find help. They should be shut down permanently.
The company had a special offer. And it is misleading. 14 days after your order (you think you are getting a good sale as advertised) they will bill you a large amount, much more than the product is worth, and tell you their 60 day no questions asked return policy doesn't apply. I have my payment slip, it says nothing about any subsequent charges or any 14 day deadline. They will charge that without notice or authorization. On top of it, the set I ordered for my friend was never received. If they suddenly develop reasonable customer service I will update this, but as it stands, avoid them.
