Review Time
I initially would have given this product a 5, however over time the frames have changed when hanging on our wall. The frames have warped sticking almost a good inch out from the wall. When contacted to discuss options they offer no warranty except shortly after receiving the product. This is happening to our other frames as well. The amount of money spent and to have this happen to all of the frames is very disheartening. I would order more, but this is a definite turnaway from this product.
This is our 4th time ordering our yearly family photos on large Smallwood prints, and it’s my favorite time of year! They make the design process so easy, and production+shipping is insanely fast. This time, I accidentally had the wrong address listed, and emailed customer service to correct the problem before they were sent out. I got a reply back almost instantly rectifying the issue from their support agent Anthony, and the photos were shipped to the correct address-all within 24 hours! Our Smallwood prints all around our home are always a focal decor point that people ALWAYS comment on, and I can’t wait until we get our hands on our new set! They have our business for life!

This is one of the rare online companies where you can reach a real person on the phone. The representative I spoke with was friendly and assisted me in correcting an error I made during the call. I didn't have to wait for a callback. Many in my family have ordered from this company and consistently receive great results. I highly recommend them.
I ordered two pictures, one arrived damaged so I contacted customer support and sent in proof that my item was damaged… the next day I received an email stating a new canvas would be sent my way. No having to deal with returning the old one and waiting forever on the new one to be shipped. Thank you!
I’ve used this company for years. Recently I ordered a very large framed print and the quality of the print was poor and blurry I realized once I received my print. Their customer service went above and beyond to help me get a replacement image for my frame and were so helpful and kind.
