Beware of This Service!

I paid € 0.50 to see my results, only to find -€ 47.50 deducted from my account the next day. I requested a refund, but it was unhelpful. When I inquired about the € 50 I paid, they said it allows me to redo the test as many times as I want. I could have consulted a real professional with that money, not a test analyzed by an unreliable AI. EDIT: After almost a week, I received an email stating my money would be refunded soon, and my bank app shows the expected refund in five days.

Unauthorized Charges with No Confirmation

I was charged for a subscription I never agreed to. I took a test on July 2, 2025, paying only for the results, and canceled right after. However, I was charged for a subscription the next day. I never received any emails confirming a subscription or cancellation, nor did I have access to the platform. I don’t even have an account, and they couldn't find my email in their system, yet they charged my card. I contacted customer support for proof of my subscription, but none was provided. This is unacceptable. I demand a full refund and an explanation for this unauthorized charge. Charging users without consent is unethical and possibly illegal. Be cautious with this service.
