I have found the company to be very helpful from the initial booking and Liam called me beforehand to let me know how long he would be and also when he was nearer to my area I can’t thank him enough to putting me at ease(I’m quite squeamish) and giving assurance First visit hopefully the next visit I won’t have a pest issue. Thank you LiamSubsequent visit from Archie was just as good well done for having polite staff except the ladder was too clunky 😄 maybe in domestic households a lighter one may be better felt sorry

Thankfully, NBC Environment contacted us on behalf of our insurance and we were promptly assigned Phil Holmes.From the moment Phil arrived, he put our minds at ease. His humour, friendliness, and expertise in identifying the source of our problem helped us find comfort in our home again. Phil went above and beyond to ensure our pest problem was thoroughly addressed and, in time, hopefully, resolved. Just back from attending a week long falconry course with NBC head falconer Anthony Rawlins, what a fantastic experience! Anthony's wealth of experience and knowledge was clear from the start and made the whole experience enjoyable and educating. For anything Falcon related I couldn't recommend him enough.
Not sure where to start but if you do have a rodent infestation do not contact this company they are truly awful. Their pest controllers spend 2 mins at the property putting down poison without even considering the most ideal location or doing any real investigative work- after two visits I still had a problem. I have also contacted their customer service team to make them aware but of course not bothered at all as they work with insurance companies and do the minimum level of work for the most money as that is their business. In addition to demonstrate their poor level of services I was contacted 3 weeks after a visit by a pest controller to make me aware they were arriving at my property but I wasn’t even made aware of the appointment. If you want a good quality job done do not use this company.
