horrible. really expensive. never got my order because the guy on the customer service email camcelled my order because i queried delivery. This was AFTER I told him i didn't want it cancelled. will never use this site again.

I emailed asking about a delivery, I paid £5.99 for next day delivery. That was 23rd (Monday). I contacted them via email on the Tuesday as I checked the tracking number, which said. "check again tomorrow". this would obviously then mean it would be 2 days delivery and not next day.
I emailed to query this and was met with a lecture about delivery policy. Ben was rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. I replied stating I would not order in future. He then decided to cancel my order rather than assist me even after I specifically said to not cancel this order, but it would be my last.
He was obviously upset that my very first order would be my last. It certainly is now. Horrible company, total rip off prices and very poor customer service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are better and less expensive grocery suppliers out there.

Amazing customer service! Needed edible flowers for catering an event so very time sensitive. Nearly Naked Veg got my package out on time but the courier delayed things. I was very panicked. Ben looked into the matter, reassured me that he’d get it sorted and kept checking in with me for updates. I was so please when it arrived in the nick of time and very grateful for Ben’s excellent customer service.
The best hands down. It's so nice to have fresh vegetables that don't go off in three days. The tomatoes are the best I've had, the lettuces are crisp,and the mushrooms are out of this world. I was sold on NNV after my first order, and now I'm a customer for life. Can't recommend highly enough.
